During our tapas tour, we will delve into Spanish and Catalan food culture, from the traditional Spanish tapas to the more modern gourmet tapas. In true Spanish fashion, during our tapas tour we visit several different tapas bars and during our visit to Barcelona's best tapas bars, we revel in each restaurant's specialties. At each stop we enjoy an accompanying drink, such as white, red or sparkling wine from the region, and the guide explains a little about Spanish and Catalan culture and cuisine through each dish. This is a relaxing excursion and at the end of the tour the idea is that the participants, full and satisfied, will be left with general knowledge and a good feeling of the city's tapas culture. Our tapas guiding takes about four hours and our guide is a trained sommelier and speaks Norwegian.
